Refund Policy

At PreCreates, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with the best experience when purchasing digital products. Digital downloadable products have limited refund policy due to the nature of products as we have no way back to remove access of the purchased product. Please read our refund policy to understand when refunds are issued and how to contact us.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Refunds are eligible for the following scenarios:
    • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your purchased digital product, you can contact us at support@precreates.com for delivering your product. If it’s still not delivered, we provide refund within 7 days of purchase.
    • Technical Issues: In cases where technical issues prevent you from accessing the digital product you purchased.
    • The products which are not downloadable and their access can be removed – like an online software: We offer 15 days refund policy for software products whose access can be removed when refunded.
  2. Refunds are not provided for the following:
    • Change of Mind: We do not issue refunds for digital product purchases due to a change of mind.
    • Completed Downloads: Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, we cannot process refunds.

How to Request a Refund:

If you encounter an eligible scenario for a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@precreates.com within 7 days of the purchase. Provide details of the issue, your order information, and any relevant evidence to help us understand and process your refund request.

Refund Processing:

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the information provided. Refunds will be issued based on the circumstances and eligibility criteria mentioned above. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
